CONSTRUCTION:
Cut 1 piece of fabric 8-3/4″ x 8-3/4″ and cut another piece of fabric 8-3/4′” x 10-1/2″.
Sew 1/4″ seam on top edge of 8-3/4″ x 8-3/4″ fabric. (The 1/4″ seam will be to the inside and top of the purse.)
SEWING INSTRUCTIONS:
FRINGE: Sew fringe on opposite side of fabric (this will be the bottom right side or front of purse) with fringe facing the top of the purse.
PURSE: Place right sides of both pieces of fabric together (front sides of purse). Sew two sides and bottom edge of purse together catching the fringe on the inside of the bottom edge of the purse. Trim seams. Turn purse to right side.
FLAP: Fold over the top front of the purse to create a flap. Attach a piece of hook and loop to the inside of the top flap and front of the purse to make a closure for the purse. Trim off any excess fabric and cut corners so they are curved. SEE PHOTO.

PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Paint Purple and Pink hearts onto fabric. Paint Purple and Pink dots between hearts. Let dry. Brush iridescent glitter over the hearts and dots. Let dry.
EYELET INSTRUCTIONS:
Place an eyelet on each side of the purse opening for purse strap, following directions on eyelet package. Tie a knot on one end of cording. Place the other end of cording through eyelet until the knot reaches the eyelet, making certain knot is large enough so it does not slip through eyelet.
CORDING/BEADING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place beads onto cording (about 4 inches) and tie another knot at the end of the beads. Measure 24″ from beads and tie another knot in cording. String another row of beads (about 4 inches) and place the end of the cording through the eyelet on the opposite side of the purse. Tie a knot to secure the cording onto the eyelet. Glue the knots onto the inside of the purse to strengthen the strap. Let dry.
